Meet Your Elected Leadership Officials

The following members have accepted their nominations for open Board of Directors, Committee, and Council positions. Nominees are selected by the Nominating Committee, based on the names submitted by the membership at large. In assigning individuals to various positions, the Committee looks at several factors including, but not limited to: past member service, member category, company location, company size, and experience in the industry.

Voting takes place on Friday, March 17th, at the Annual Business Meeting at 8:00 am in conjunction with EDexpo 2017 in Las Vegas.

Chairman-Elect

Tom Brennan, President, School Outfitters
Tom has previously served on the Business Tech Committee and is currently serving on the Executive Committee, Finance & Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.

First Vice Chair

Greg Moore, President, MooreCo Inc.
Greg previously served on the Board of Directors and was the EDmarket Treasurer for 8 years.

Second Vice Chair

Angela Nelson, President, Stages Learning Materials
Angela has been with her company for 18 years. She has served on the Board of Directors, Nominating Committee, EDexpo Planning Committee, Suppliers Council, Legislative Committee, and Executive Committee. She is also active with ISTE and SIIA/ETIN and is a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Secretary

Lee Stapp, President, OfficeScapes
Lee currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Bill Latham, CEO, Contrax Furnishings
This is Lee's first EDmarket leadership position.
John MacGregor, VP/General Manager, The Education Station, Inc.
John has been with his company for 12 years. He has served on the EDmarket Retail Store Council, Legislative Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Julie Ryno, National Sales and Marketing Manager, Diversified Woodcrafts, Inc.
Julie has been with Diversified Woodcrafts for 17 years and in the industry for 36 years. She has served as Chair of the Equipment Council and Young Executives Committee, and is active on the boards of Hands on Science Partnership, Council for Art Education and African Heritage Inc, and Umoja, Inc.

Brian previously served on numerous EDmarket Committees including: Chairman of the Board, Chair of the EDexpo Planning Committee, Suppliers Council, Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors. He was the 2011 recipient of the David McCurrach Distinguished Service Award.

Tom has been in the industry for 23 years, has previously served as a Supplier at Large on the Board of Directors, as chair of the Young Executives Committee and on the EDspaces Planning Committee.
Mark Hubbard, President, Paragon Furniture
Mark has been with Paragon and the industry for 12 years. He has previously served on the Equipment Manufacturers Council.

Lori Donohue, General Manager, ECR4Kids
This is her first EDmarket leadership position.
Rich Maas, Vice President, Screenflex Portable Partitions
Rich has been with Screenflex for 26 years and this is his first leadership position at EDmarket.
Steven Samikkannu, General Manager, AmTab Manufacturing
Steve has been with AmTab for 5 years. This is his first leadership position with EDmarket.

Iris Villegas, Sales Manager, Roylco, Inc.
Iris has been with Roylco for 14 years. This is her first EDmarket leadership position.

Retail Store Council

Tim Firnberg, VP Operations, School Aids
Tim has been in the industry and with School Aids for 25 year. He has served on the Retail Store Council and Nominating Committee.

Distribution Council

Ken Bogart, Director of Business Development, Health & Educational Equipment
Ken has been with his company for 8 years and in the industry for 26 years. He is a member of the NY State ASBO, NY State School Facilities Association, and local chapters.
Mark Goudy, C.E.O., Interior Systems, Inc.
Mark has been with his company for 16 years. This is his first EDmarket leadership position.
Brad Jones, President, Lone Star Furnishings
This is Brad's first EDmarket leadership position.
Janet Nelson, Director, Library Engagement & Solutions, DEMCO, Inc.
Janet has served on the Distribution Council, EDspaces Show Planning Committee, Nominating Committee and Board of Directors. She is also a member of the American Library Association, Public Library Association, and ALA Exhibits Roundtable Board.
Hart Sernick, VP and General Manager, Schoolhouse Products, Inc.
Hart has been with Schoolhouse Products since 1989 and has an MBA from York University, Toronto, Canada. He has served on the dealer council for both HON and Artco Bell.
Brad Snoke, National Sales Manager, School Outfitters
Brad served on the Distribution Council and Board of Directors.
Melissa Williams, Owner/Operations, Arizona Furnishings
Melissa has been with her company for 14 years. This is her first leadership position with EDmarket.
